It only snows in SC maybe once every three years. If there is a dusting of snow, everything completely shuts down because no one knows what to do in the snow. This little dusting of snow was a b---i---g   deal snow storm and everything was completely shut down. I only learned how to drive in the snow as an adult. Kind of funny. Everyone trots out their heaviest winter coats when the low temp is 50 degrees in SC. I trotted out my heaviest winter coat (while other people were wallking around in shorts) when I first moved north and everyone looked at me funny.
